What to include

For a question about a result, tell us which calculator you used and roughly what you entered. Please do not send full statements, account numbers or other sensitive details; we never need them to help.

Privacy requests

The calculators do not store your numbers on our servers, so there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. If you have a question about cookies, advertising or your rights under our Privacy Policy, email us with “Privacy” in the subject line.

Corrections and suggestions

If you spot a mistake in a guide or have an idea for a feature that would help your household, we would like to hear it.
